The GIFT Nifty futures, which is an early indicator of the Nifty50 index, was trading 0.15% higher by 37 points at 24,255 indicating that the domestic benchmark indices are likely to make a positive start on Wednesday. 

On Tuesday, 26 November, Domestic benchmark indices S&P BSE Sensex slipped 106 points or 0.13% to end at 80,004 while the Nifty50 traded 27 points lower or 0.11% and settled at 24,195.

NTPC: The wholly-owned subsidiary, NTPC Green Energy, has established a 50:50 joint venture with Maharashtra State Power Generation Company. The new JV entity will develop, maintain, and operate renewable energy parks in Maharashtra. 

Nippon Life India AMC: The company has announced acquiring two premium commercial properties at One Lodha Place in Mumbai’s Lower Parel locality for a combined value of Rs 486.03 crore.

Vedanta: UK-based Vedanta Resources, parent of India’s Vedanta, has approved bids worth $800 million for two planned dollar bonds for refinancing outstanding debt, which is due in 2028. 

Angel One: Angel One Asset Management Company (AMC) has secured approval from SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) to commence its mutual fund business. 

Hyundai Motor India: The company has announced receiving a show-cause notice demand of over Rs 5 crore from the Maharashtra State Tax Authority for alleged excess input tax credit claim.

Siemens: In its quarterly earnings for July-September, the company reported a 45% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 830.7 crore compared to Rs 571.3 crore reported in the same quarter last year. 

Talbros Automotive: The company along with its joint venture have announced receiving orders worth Rs 475 crore from both domestic and international market from the leading OEMs. 

Lumax Auto Technologies: The company has announced entering the green and alternate fuels market through acquiring a 60% stake in Greenfuel Energy Solutions for a total consideration of Rs 15 crore.
