Shares of Innovators Facade Systems Ltd skyrocketed 11% on 22 November after the company secured a receipt of work orders from Prestige Mulund Realty totalling Rs 110 crore.

In its regulatory filing, the company said that the work order from Prestige Mulung Realty is for designing, creating, supplying, manufacturing, and installing façade work, including stone cladding.

Façade work entails designing, constructing, and installing the exterior of a building, which typically serves as its most visually striking feature.

The process of applying a thin layer of stone veneer to a building’s exterior or interior surface is known as stone cladding.

According to the order, the work must be finished within 15 months of the start date.

Innovators Facade Systems specialises in designing, manufacturing, and installing facade solutions for buildings. Their offerings include a variety of exterior systems, such as glass facades, metal cladding, stone cladding, and composite materials aimed at enhancing aesthetics, structural strength, and energy efficiency.
