State-run defence equipment manufacturer Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) on Friday, 8 November, announced securing new orders worth Rs 500 crore since its last filing on 7 October.
In its regulatory filing, the company said that the majority of the orders were received from Laser Range Finders, vessel communication and support systems, communication equipment, test equipment for guns, services, spares, end, etc.
For the fiscal year 2025, the company has now accumulated orders to Rs 8,194 crore. During the fiscal year 2024, the company secured orders worth Rs 35,400 crore.
As of 31 September 2024, the Government of India held a 51.14% stake in the company.

In its quarterly earnings for July-September, the company reported a 35.22% year-on-year (YoY) increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 1,450.88 crore.
