The GIFT Nifty futures, which is an early indicator of the Nifty50 index, was trading 0.19% lower by 48.50 points at 25,063.50, indicating that the domestic benchmark indices are likely to make a negative start on Wednesday.
On Tuesday, 15 October, Domestic benchmark indices S&P BSE Sensex slumped 152.93 points or 0.19% to end at 81,820.12 while the Nifty50 traded 70.60 points lower or 0.28% and settled at 25,057.35.

PNC Infratech: The company has announced that they have secured a LoA (Letter of Acceptance) from the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) for two major projects, which involves constructing an access-controlled Pune Ring Road that stretches from Indore to Chimbail.
Cochin Shipyard: The centre has announced plans to divest a 5% stake in the company via an offer for sale (OFS) at an average price of Rs 1,540 per share. The OFS is for a base offer of 2.5% with an additional 2.5% as a green shoe option.
RaiTel Corporation of India: The company has received a work order worth Rs 79.84 crore from the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority.
HFCL: The company has announced the launch of two Unlicensed Band Radio products, which features a 1 GBPS small form factor 4G/5G backhauling radio that offers unprecedented spectral and power efficiency, and an energy-efficient 2 Gbps point-to-multipoint UBR designed for rural connectivity.
G R Infraprojects: The company has announced receiving a LoA from the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Ltd (MSRDC) for constructing an access-controlled segment of the Pune Ring Road in Maharashtra, and the project is valued at Rs 1,885.63 crore.
Adani Green Solutions: The company has acquired two project special purpose vehicles Jamnagar Transmission Ltd and Navinal Transmission from PFC Consulting Ltd for a total cash consideration of Rs 38 crore.
Bank of Maharashtra: In its quarterly earnings for July-September, the company reported a 44.24% year-on-year increase in net profit to Rs 1,327 crore for the quarter. The bank’s asset quality has also improved and they are aiming to cross Rs 5,000 crore in net profit for fiscal year 2025.
