The GIFT Nifty futures, which is an early indicator of the Nifty50 index, was trading 0.15% higher by 38 points at 24,500.50 indicating that the domestic benchmark indices are likely to make a positive start on Tuesday. 

On Monday, 16 September, Domestic benchmark indices S&P BSE Sensex jumped 97.84 points or 0.12%, to end at 82,988.78 while the Nifty50 traded 27.25 points or 0.11% higher and settled at 25,383.75.

Indo Count Industries: The company’s US subsidiary, Indo Count Global Inc. has acquired a 81% stake in Fluvitex USA, Inc. by inking a stock purchase agreement worth $19.63 million with Masias Invest SL. 

Reliance Infrastructure: The company’s board is set to meet on `9 September to consider and discuss raising funds via a preferential issue.
