Abhishek Integrations Hit 5% Upper Circuit on Rs 4 Crore Order

The company said that they had received a work contract from the Airport Authority of India, Coimbatore Airport.

Shares of Abhishek Integrations Ltd hit a 5% upper circuit on 23 February after the company announced receiving an order worth Rs 4.43 crore.

In its regulatory filing, the company said that they had received a work contract from the Airport Authority of India, Coimbatore Airport, for the operation and maintenance of E and M installations at the terminal building and other ancillary buildings, etc., along with the operation of escalators, lifts, and baggage handling system for a period of 2 years.

Earlier, the company was announced as the lowest bidder for the work contract for operation and maintenance of Ground Lighting Facilities, Associated Power Supply Systems, and Standby DG Sets at HAL Airport Bengaluru for a total consideration of Rs 1.52 crore.

According to the latest shareholding pattern, the promoters of the company hold a 67.72% stake in the company, while the remaining 32.28% stake is held by retail investors.

The company was established in 2017, is headquartered in Gujarat, and is in the business of developing, operating, and maintaining airports and allied businesses.

At 3:30 pm, the shares of Abhishek Integrations closed 4.92% higher at Rs 40.50 on NSE.
