Dilip Buildcon Shares Climbed 7.8% After Securing an Irrigation Project Order Worth Rs 412 Crore

The project involves building a four-lane approach road and a Twin Tube Unidirectional Tunnel.

Shares of Dilip Buildcon climbed 7.8% today after securing an order worth Rs 412.92 crore for an irrigation project in Madhya Pradesh.

The company, through its Joint venture with Vijay Kumar Mishra Construction (VKMCPL-DBL JV), emerged as the lowest bidder (L-1) for the construction of the Machhrewa Irrigation project dam and pressurised pipe irrigation network on a Turnkey basis in the tender floated by the Water Resources Department at the district Narsingpur in the state of Madhya Pradesh.

Further, the project has been estimated to be completed within 60 months.

As per the Company’s Code of Conduct of Prevention of Insider Trading and according to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Regulations, 2015 (Prohibition of Insider Trading), as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in the securities for all insiders in Dilip Buildcon for designated persons and their immediate relatives, connected persons, fiduciaries and intermediaries would remain closed till 48 hours from the date the said information is available to public in general.

At 11:41 am, Dilip Builcon shares were trading at Rs 466.40, 3.45% higher than their previous close on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
