The GIFT Nifty futures were trading in the red before the market’s opening on Wednesday. Indices are expected to open on a similar negative note.

Domestic benchmark indices, NSE Nifty 50 and S&P BSE Sensex, snapped their five-day winning streak on Tuesday amid weak global trends. Sensex dropped by 0.27% or 199.17 points to 73,128.77, while Nifty ended 65.15 points or 0.29% lower at 22,032.30.

Godrej Properties: The real estate company has acquired an additional one acre of land in Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru, with a developable potential of approximately 1.40 lakh square feet of saleable area.

G R Infraprojects: GR Kasganj Bypass, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the construction engineering company, has successfully executed a concession agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a project worth Rs 1,085.5 crore to develop highways in Uttar Pradesh. 

Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA): The public sector financial services company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Indian Overseas Bank to facilitate co-lending in green energy financing nationwide.

PNC Infratech: The infrastructure development and construction company has received a Letter of Award from the Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation for projects worth Rs 1,174 crore for the Western Bhopal Bypass construction.

Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL): The Navratna central public sector company has established a 49:51 Joint Venture with Jakson Green Pvt Ltd to explore opportunities for solar power projects in India and abroad. Further, RVNL has incorporated a new subsidiary, RVNL Infra, in South Africa.
