Vedanta Limited, on 18 December, announced a second interim dividend of Rs 11 per share with a face value of Rs 1 per equity share for the current fiscal year.
In its regulatory filing, the company said, “The record date for the purpose of payment of dividend shall be 27 December 2023, and the interim dividend shall be duly paid within the stipulated timelines as prescribed under law.”
The total amount to be paid for the second interim dividend stands at Rs 4,089 crore.
Since June 2001, the company has declared 41 interim dividends, and in the last one year, the company has declared a dividend amounting to Rs 51.50 per share.
