TVS Motors announced that it has deepened its strategic collaboration with ION Mobility to tap into the Indonesian market.

The Singapore-based technology startup said that it would enter the sports scooter market segment in Indonesia by unveiling its Project Dynamo at the Indonesia Motorcycle Show between 25 – 29 October 2023.

Project Dynamo of ION Mobility is a conceptual adaptation of the TVS X, which is the company’s premium crossover electric vehicle that was launched earlier this year.

Through Project Dynamo, ION Mobility aims to capture the needs of Indonesian riders who prioritize performance and speed with the advantages of efficient and environmentally friendly electric vehicles.

ION Mobility founder and CEO James Chan said: “It is an honor for my team and I at ION Mobility to have the chance to work with TVS Motor on the sports scooter segment, with the amazing TVS X as the starting point for Project Dynamo.”
