The GIFT Nifty futures were trading slightly in the green before the market’s opening on Monday. Domestic Indices are expected to open on a similar flat-to-positive note amid weakness in the Asian markets.
Domestic equity indices, NSE Nifty 50 and S&P BSE Sensex, fell on Monday but overall ended the week in the green. The Nifty declined by 42.95 points or 0.22% to settle at 19,751.05, while the Sensex ended at 66,282.74 after shedding 0.19% or 125.65 points.

Texmaco Rail: The consolidated net profit of the private railway manufacturing company rose 70% year-on-year (YoY) in the quarter ended September 2023 to Rs 202 crore. The company’s total revenue also surged 63.8% to Rs 810.41 crore in Q2FY24 from Rs 494.66 crore in the same quarter the previous year.
Avenue Supermarts (DMart): Retail chain D-Mart’s owner and operator saw its net profit for the second quarter of the current financial year fall by 9.1% YoY to Rs 623.35 crore. However, the company’s revenue from operations increased to Rs 12,661.29 crore, up 18.6% from the corresponding period last year.
Bajaj Electricals: Bajaj Group’s electrical equipment manufacturing unit has bagged a Rs 564.2 crore order from Power Grid Corporation for new 400 kV transmission lines in Andhra Pradesh.
Delta Corp: The company has received another notice from the Directorate General of GST Intelligence for payment of shortfall tax of its subsidiary company, Deltatech Gaming, along with interest and penalty worth Rs 6,385 crore
Tata Motors: The auto major has inked a share purchase agreement to sell a 9.9% stake in its subsidiary, Tata Technologies, to a private equity fund, TPG Rise Climate, for an aggregate consideration of Rs 1,613.7 crore
