The buyer belongs to TVS Holdings Private Limited, which is a part of the promoter group, the company mentioned in an exchange filing.

Emerald Haven Realty Limited terminated as an associate of the company effective June 14, 2023.

At 9:29 am, TVS Motor was trading at Rs 1,336.95, rose at Rs 3.75, or 0.28% on the BSE. The share moved a 52-week high of Rs 1,384.55 on June 12, 2023, and a 52-week low of Rs 723.15 on June 20, 2022, respectively.

It is trading 3.44% below its 52-week high and 84.88% above its 52-week low.
