On Wednesday, Tata Steel Ltd rose 0.83% to trade at Rs 121.35. The S&P BSE Metal index is up 0.44% to quote at 21,515.18. The index is up 9.02 % over the previous month. Hindalco Industries Ltd added 0.69% among the other index constituents, and Hindustan Zinc Ltd increased 0.83% on the day. The S&P BSE Metal index went up 13.19 % over 2022 compared to the 5.14% surge in benchmark Sensex.
