Leap.club Raises $1 Mn from Enzia Ventures, Ghazal Alagh, Artha India

The professional network for women, Leap.club, announced on December 1 that it raised $1 million in a new funding round led by existing investor Enzia Ventures.


Join Artha India Ventures, Ghazal Alagh from Mamaearth, Alok Mittal from Indifi, Atul Goel (E-city Ventures), Vatsal Singhal from Ultrahuman, Ashwini Asokan from Vue.AI, Shrishti Sahu from Hustle Hard ventures, Swati Mohan (ex-CMO Netflix) participated in this round.


The fresh capital will be used to reach 1 lakh members and Rs 100 crore in revenue in the next few years. Founded in May 2020 by former Zomato executives Ragini Das and Anand Sinha. The startup has scaled to more than 10,000 paid members from more than 2,000 companies in more than 200 cities in 15 countries. Its members, founders, professionals, freelancers, and women on leave include women from top companies like Nykaa, Meta, Amazon, Sequoia, and Google.


Members use Leap.club to expand their network, grow professionally, expand collaborations, build audiences and make new friends. The startup plans to launch a talent solutions platform for women early next year, connecting them with top workplaces. It has signed up 50 large companies and about 100 startups.


Co-founders Das and Sinha said: “The new funds will accelerate growth and increase paying members from 10,000 to 100,000. We are the number one company in revenue and on track to reach $1 billion within the next 24-36 months.”


Whiteboard Capital, Titan Capital, Artha India Ventures, and prominent angel investors like Kunal Shah, Amrish Rau & Sweta Rau, and Deepak Abbot also back the startup.
