On November 25 2022 (Friday), we will introduce buyback shares announced by the board of directors of the Indian Energy Exchange (IEX). Yesterday, after the market hours, this announcement was made.
The company has a premier energy exchange providing an automated trading platform for the physical delivery of renewable power, electricity, renewable power, energy saving certificates and renewable energy certificates.
IEX said, ” a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, November 25, 2022, inter-alia, to consider a proposal for buyback of fully paid-up equity shares of the Company.”
On a consolidated basis, the net profit of Indian Energy Exchange (IEX) declined 8.4 per cent to Rs 71.20 crore on a 13.8 per cent went fell in net sales to Rs 95.20 crore in the second quarter of FY23 over the second quarter of FY22.
On November 18, 2022, IEX’s share was built at 0.50 per cent to settle at Rs 138.40.
