JSW Steel Ltd has lost 9.2 per cent over September compared to a 2.51 per cent fall in the S&P BSE Metal index and a 0.03 per cent rise in the SENSEX.

On Friday, JSW Steel Ltd lost 1.05 per cent to trade at Rs 621.9. The S&P BSE Metal index is down 0.47 per cent to quote at 18526.92. The index is down 2.51 per cent over September. Other Stocks are Steel Authority of India Ltd decreased by 0.94 per cent, and National Aluminium Company Ltd lost 0.78 per cent. The S&P BSE Metal index, went down 11.56 per cent in 2021 compared to the 2.38 per cent fall in the benchmark SENSEX.
The company has lost 9.2 per cent over September compared to a 2.51 per cent fall in the S&P BSE Metal index and a 0.03 per cent rise in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 15470 shares were traded compared to average daily volumes of 1.42 lakh in September. On 19 April 2022, the stock hit a record high of Rs 789.95; on 26 May 2022, the stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 520.1.
