The stock traded at moderate losses in Today’s morning trade in the domestic equity market. It is also amid negative global cues. The Nifty traded below the 17,480 mark. FMCG, IT, and Pharma shares were in demand, while consumer durables, bank and auto stocks witnessed some selling pressure.
In the morning trade, the barometer index, the S&P BSE Sensex, was down 185.4 points or 0.31 per cent to 58,921.79. The Nifty 50 index declined 47.70 points or 0.27 per cent to 17,464.55. The S&P BSE Mid-Cap index fell 0.75 per cent, while the S&P BSE Small-Cap index shed 0.24 per cent.
The Nifty Consumer Durables index declined 1.36 per cent to 26,497.80. The index shed 0.13 per cent. Havells India is down 3.4 per cent, Rajesh Exports is down 0.5 per cent, Bata India is down, Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals is down 1.05 per cent 0.77 per cent, Voltas is down 1.63 per cent, Amber Enterprises India is down 1.08 per cent, V-Guard Industries down 0.77 per cent and Titan Company down 1.95 per cent are at the lower edge.
On the other hand, TTK Prestige is up 0.66 per cent, Blue Star is up 0.11 per cent, and Relaxo Footwears is up 0.34 per cent. IndusInd Bank slipped 3.90 per cent. The private lender reported a 60.5 per cent rise in standalone net profit to Rs 1,786.72 crore on a 12.9 per cent increase in total income to Rs 10,718.85 crore in the second quarter of FY23 over the second quarter of FY22.
