Saudi Arabia is set to organise the second edition of the Global AI (Artificial Intelligence) Summit in September. As per media reports, it will be organised by Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence (SDAIA) at King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh from September 13 to 15.
On this occasion, Dr Abdullah Bin Sharaf Alghamdi, SDAIA President, expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Crown Prince for this generous patronage. The upcoming event’s theme will be “Artificial Intelligence for the Good of Humanity”. The event attracts experts and specialists from government agencies and major technology companies worldwide. More than a hundred speakers in AI will participate in panel discussions, work sessions and accompanying workshops.
Also, the summit will deliberate on several topics, including smart cities, health care, transportation, human capacity development, energy, culture and heritage, environment and economic mobility. The idea is to find solutions to the current challenges and maximise the use of AI technologies.
The first edition of the Global AI Summit was held in 2020 with the participation of more than 200 specialists and decision-makers.
