Wipro Ltd has decided to overhaul its employees with bonuses and increments to curb maximum attrition. Also, Wipro aims to attract fresh talent with this latest move, the media reported.

Wipro is the fourth largest software firm in India. The company has plans to offer all employees promotions every quarter and boost salaries of most of its workforce by 10 per cent in September of this year.

More likely, the top performer has to receive a 15 per cent hike, a first for the Bengaluru-based company.

“Wipro is expected to roll out the hikes in September, and large-scale promotions will be rolled out in July. The company has decided to offer quarterly promotions to top performers, who are not in the leadership team,” media reported.

Also, the company has confirmed the plan and added that the rolling out of several employee promotions would begin in July 2022.
