Persistent Systems will acquire assets of Data Glove for $90.5 million in an all-cash deal, the company said in a regulatory filing. Through this deal, Persistent will buy assets of Data Glove Inc, with assets of its Indian subsidiary and entities based out of Australia, the UK, Canada and Singapore.
Data Glove provides cloud, application transformation, infrastructure and managed services. The company had revenue of $48.96 million in the year 2021. “Through this acquisition, Persistent will improve its partnership with Microsoft, strengthen expertise in digital transformation and expand its geographic footprint and talent pool,” the filing added.
