Rekha Jhunjhunwala, the wife of the late Indian investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, has invested in the shares of Raghav Productivity Enhancers, a ramming mass mineral company. She purchased 6,00,000 equity shares, representing a 5.23% stake in the March quarter. Rekha Jhunjhunwala has also bought additional shares in Titan. She already had a 5.17% stake in the company and increased it to 5.30%.
As per the previous closing price of Rs 864.75 apiece, her total holding in the company was worth Rs 51.88 crore. As per the last shareholding patterns, Rekha Jhunjhunwala did not hold any shares in the preceding quarters or the December 2022 quarter.
Raghav Productivity Enhancers is one of the world’s largest ramming mass product manufacturers. Ramming mass is a material used by steel companies. The company’s share price has risen 831% in the last five years and 50% in the previous year. Companies are required to release the names of all the shareholders holding at least a 1% stake in the company every quarter. After releasing information about Rekha Jhunjhunwala’s stake, the stock soared 4% or Rs 34.7 to reach Rs 899.45 apiece levels.
As per the latest shareholding data, Ashish Kacholia owns a 2.02% stake, and Mukul Aggarwal owns a 1.55% stake in the company. Ashish Kacholia did not sell any company shares in the last quarter, but the company may have increased its paid-up capital. Mukul Agrawal also remained steady in this new Rekha Jhunjhunwala portfolio stock.
