Pirojsha Godrej, the son of group chairman Adi, has been elevated by Godrej group as the executive chairman of the realty arm.
The company has said in a statement that Adi Godrej, who will be turning 75 in April, is going to continue as the chairman emeritus at Godrej Properties.
The 36-year-old Pirojsha was has also been nominated as director on the board of Godrej Consumer Products which is the flagship company of the group and engaged in the fast moving consumer goods market.
