On Friday, the Gujarat State Financial Corp said that it will delist its shares from the NSE due to non trading in the company’s scrips from more than a decade.
GSFC said in a filing to BSE ,”… decided to delist the shares of the Corporation from National Stock Exchange (NSE), the reason being no trading of shares of the Corporation is reported from NSE for more than a decade.”
It further said that the continued listing with NSE does not provide any significant tangible benefit to the members at large.
“The Corporation is in the process of making an application for delisting of the equity shares from NSE,” it said.
